“Silueta” as reviewed in “Muziekwereld” Dutch Sound-Artists union magazine".
NOTE: Translated from Dutch -

This is Jacco’s fourth album.  What hits you immediately is the professional and refined artwork. The sound is also outstanding. It’s of international class. He has grown, as far as I’m concerned, spectacular as a producer since his first cd.  It has been recorded in two different studios.  Mixing and mastering he did in a third. This approach turned-out to be very prolific, as well as in the sound, art, atmosphere and musicality, Jacco brought the potential of this production to its full development.

Together with cello player Artur Trajko (Wow! This man is good!) Jacco excelled and excelled through his own flamenco universe. With the previous albums I sometimes felt a bit annoyed with the many notes per measure.  On this album that’s not the case.  Everything falls into place.  The other accompaniment, Bert Vos violin, Marvin Cortes cajon, Doug Brush percussion and Vida Peral palmas, are added seamlessly into the beautiful arrangements and give both soloists wings.

I couldn’t find any minus points on this album.  Jacco Muller definitely puts himself on the world map as an inspired (flamenco) guitarist, composer, arranger and producer.  I, in any case, will put this cd on my list of reference CD's.  I’m very impressed.  Highly recommended.
